The bill (Reg. No. 4500-2) suggests stipulate in the Labour Code of Ukraine in article 36 a provision stating that call to the army and serving military service during the mobilization is not a reason for terminating a labour agreement; in article 119 a provision on providing guarantees and privileges according to the law stipulated by the Law “On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization”.
The bill suggests also supplement the Law “On Population Employment” and amend the Law “On Mobilizational Training and Preparation”.
The people’s deputies deem that adoption of the bill will provide proper social guarantees for persons that perform duties connected with mobilization as a consequence of occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, their annexation and further military aggression against Ukraine.
